1 General Information and Eligibility

vb8com operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to use this platform:

• Only one account per person is permitted.

2 Account Registration

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. vb8com will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3 Bonuses and Promotions

vb8com offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting the bonus.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total of ৳2,000 to play with.
• Deposit ৳32,000 or more → ৳15,000 bonus → total of ৳47,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must complete bets totaling 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may be used once only.
• If there is any suspicion of bonus abuse, the account will be reviewed.
• vb8com reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

vb8com currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If funds do not appear in your account after a successful deposit, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• Withdrawals may not be possible if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Verification Process

To ensure security, vb8com reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. The deposit and withdrawal accounts must belong to the same individual and must match the name on the vb8com account.

5 Betting Rules

All betting and gaming activities on vb8com will be conducted in accordance with the following rules:

5.1 Bet Confirmation

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, vb8com may cancel or review it.
• If an event is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.

5.2 Betting Limits

vb8com sets minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and events, which may change at any time. The limits displayed at the time each bet is placed will apply.

5.3 Erroneous Results

If a technical error occurs in any game or incorrect odds are displayed, vb8com reserves the right to cancel the affected bet and refund the stake. Any winnings from erroneous odds are not payable.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb8com platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Fraud, deception, or hacking attempts.
• Abusing bonus offers or bonus laundering.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Sharing account details with other players.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account using a false identity.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

vb8com may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification or failure to provide accurate information.
• Detection of suspicious financial transactions or activity.
• A self-exclusion request made under the Responsible Gaming policy.

7.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closing your account, you may withdraw any available balance (subject to wagering requirements being met).
